  1. Canceled by Congress in 1991 due to high cost and mismanagement, the A-12 Advanced Tactical Aircraft (ATA) was to be a new stealthy attack aircraft for the US Navy, replacing the aging A-6 Intruder.  It is included in the game as a 'what if'.
